ToolIndex is an open directory of tools AI agents can use: skills, MCP servers, command-line tools, APIs, libraries, plugins, workflows and harnesses. Each listing links directly to its source and explains access, installation, configuration, licensing and review scope.

New community submissions are welcome. Harneloop is optional. Review labels describe specific evidence; they do not guarantee every model/platform.
